plan to move to lombok

Hi, I am Inga, I am from Russia. I am currently working in Russia and plan to continue working here for some 3 years more. But I wouls like to buy/built a house already now to be able to use it for vacations and later for permanent living. I am looking for advice on the cost of life, what is better- build or buy a house, how to open a bank account in Indonesia, what kind of medical insurance is available, etc. I am planning to come to Lombok in October to start the process. Would appreciate all possible advice. (and I am not a Russian oliragch, average middle class person).
