| Land for lease or sale in Mong 2, Kuta close to Mimpi Manis.
This is an 11 are plot on the new bypass approx 200m from the first roundabout on the approach to Kuta.
There is an existing foundation and pillars built on the plot suitable for a house or café. The foundation is 15m x 12m at the widest parts but is a 10 sided Decagon.
The land has a certificate and is in the name of Made (my husband)
Ideally we would prefer to lease long term rather than sell and this can be a safer option for someone who does not have a nominee they can trust in whose name to have land.
