Looking for accommodation

Hi fellow Lombok Lovers,
I recently visited Lombok after 20 years and really enjoyed it.
I have decided we would spend some time (around 2 weeks) there as a family and was wondering if anyone can give us advice regarding accommodation with the following specs.
Resonably near the action in Seggigi for the 2 teenage kids ,IE surfing food shops.
Not over priced and lacking a good feeling.
Big enough for the four of us.
Air con and hot water.

Take a look at Holiday Resort apartments, it is in Mangsit which does have a small break on the point (sometimes), or perhaps 2 bungalows at Beach Club in Batu Bolong. As you probably know, the Senggigi area is not really the best surfing in Lombok.
