Hiring a car & driver

Four of us are planning to fly in from Jakarta in mid November & spending 3 days touring Lombok after arriving in the afternoon before crossing to Gili Air. Any suggestions on how we might organise a driver before we arrive? We are 'retired' from serious trekking so are thinking of villages, waterfalls & a bit of coast with some homestay type accomodation. Thanks
