First of all I would like to thank you all for this great site, my wife and me have been reading though it for a long while doing some useful researches.
At this stage I know is must be a pain in the ass having an other post asking AGAIN for the same information but weŽd appreciate your help in this.
We are a Spanish couple buying land in south east of Lombok (6 areas = 600m2) and we are about to make the final payment at the end of March 2013. We paid the deposit back in August and we went to the local government to get them approval for this land purchase and the document accrediting this. Now we have to pay the balance to have the certificate under our nomineeŽs name.
We have called Fikri Said (Local notary) and he said that his normal procedure is to have a notary act in the same time of the balance payment with the former owner the nominee and ourselves.
Could anyone help us out with which exact procedure should we follow?
