yoga center?

I have been doing yoga for around 5 years... but two months ago something happened to my elbow. doctors say that its called synovitis,inflammation inside the elbow..I can't even hold a coffee cup or open a jar! I shouldn't use my left arm at all. well anyway that's why I'm afraid to do any postures on my own... I need a professional yoga teacher.I would appreciate if you could help me find a yoga center or a yoga teacher in Praya.

Last this year this forum was hacked and my three admin logins and emails were all changed.
