Just wondering if anyone knows a good dentist in Lombok? expensive?

I'm pretty sure I will need a filing and a crown.
When I was in Lombok last year my husband had a tooth pulled out at the local hospital. It that normal practice?

I am looking for a dentist also. A place with xray equipment. I was thinking of Permatihati clinic. That is where our son was born recently and they have many different specialists including dentist. They are in Mataram and I was very pleased with the facility and care for the birth of our son in June of this year.But I would be interested in other suggestions from people who have had work done. These guys may be better at taking out babies than they are teeth...ouch!

I'm not very good with dentists and have had some bad experiences. I would be going to a western trained dentists in Bali like Dr Rudy at Bali Dental Clinic if I need something like a crown.

There is a dentist in Cakra that a lot of expats use. I have used him myself a few times. However for the life f me I can not remember the name. If Mimpi Kamis sees this she might remember because I am sure she recommended him to me. I would have no problem recommending him to. I need a dentist too I have a broken tooth that needs pulling and plan to find him when I get back to Lombok.

Maybe you think of Drg. Darmono on Jl Akasia No 33 . His Phonenumber 636852/643483. I have used him myself and was very pleased with the result. Not at all expensive. His practise was extremely clean and nice.
I think it's him that opened a practise at the BTN Green Valley in Senggigi 4 or 5 yrs back. When you drive in at BTN on the main street it's in the really big house on the left hand side. My friend Anna always go there and is very happy with the result as well.
