current lombok prices

heading off soon on my 6th trip to lombok, but its my first for five years and i am sure the prices have changed a lot just like the exchange rate. so trying to find out current prices i should expect to pay in lombok (senggigi/mataram) for a few of lifes staples so i can work out what sort of budget i need.
